Packet pick up is open between 7:00am -7:45am the morning of the event or between the hours of 1:00pm and 3:30pm on September 9th at Chicago Prostate Cancer Center.

Registration Fees:

Early Registration (if registered by July 10th-includes T-Shirt)

$25-Adult    $10-Child  6-17

Registration (after July 1oth-includes T-shirt)    *all registrations must be received by Wednesday 8-31-16

$30-Adult      $15-Child 6-17

Late/Same Day Registration (includes T-shirt while supplies last)

$35-Adult       $20-Child 6-17
